W latach 2004-2010 jako Klub Amazonek przy Towarzystwie Przyjaciół Emerytów i Rencistów w Łasku -Kolumnie , a od 15 stycznia 2010 r. jako pełnoprawne stowarzyszenie. Od 2015 roku Stowarzyszenie ma status organizacji pożytku publicznego (OPP). Liczba członków jest zmienna, obecnie liczy 30 osób. Przez te 15 lat zmieniały się nasze siedziby. Aktualny adres to  Łask, ul. Łączna 1 , budynek Przedszkola Publicznego nr 4, tel. 513 279 885.
